About Cesar
Mr. Vargas has worked for several reputable firms in the Central Valley which includes areas in personal injury, workers compensation, and business litigation. While in law school, Mr. Vargas began working for a civil litigation law firm specializing in defending breach of contract claims and real property claims. He then went on to advocate for injured victims in personal injury and workers compensation claims against large insurance companies, where he honed his skills in negotiating the best outcome for his clients. Additionally, while in law school, Mr. Vargas provided legal services for indigent people and represented them at California’s USCIS agency and Fresno’s legal clinic CCLS.
Mr. Vargas joined Raimondo | Miller in January of 2021. Mr. Vargas assists in litigating labor and employment matters in both state and federal courts and is also our lead liaison with our legal subscription members. Mr. Vargas personally visits each member’s business and discusses work production with the business owners as well as their employees. He further provides extensive knowledge in making sure that each member is in compliance with all current rules and regulations that stem from wage and hour, harassment and discrimination issues.
Mr. Vargas was born and raised in the Fresno area. As a child from humble roots, he witnessed firsthand the definition of strong work ethic from his family and began working for a sports complex at the young age of 12 years old, where he first began playing soccer on a competitive level. During high school, Mr. Vargas was invited to play soccer with the California state team and traveled all around the country. By 17, he was working 2 jobs while continuing to excel in soccer and his academics. After high school, Cesar turned his sole focus on attending law school. After working for several firms, Cesar discovered a passion for helping small business owners in need of honest and quality legal services. On his spare time, Cesar enjoys spending time with his 2 children, hiking, and is an avid snowboarder. He continues to play soccer on a recreational level and has recently taken on surfing.
