He has extensive experience trying cases in front of a jury and is the only attorney in South Carolina history to have 3 jury verdicts in medical malpractice cases over $10 Million. Additionally, Chad has the current record for the largest personal injury settlement to a single plaintiff in excess of $40 Million.
He has been recognized as a South Carolina Super Lawyer every year since 2009, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, The South Carolina Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
