About Chad
Chad Kupper's law practice primarily consists of work in the areas of Business Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, and Government. He routinely handles foreclosure and collections actions, formation of business entities, contracts and leases, and Wills and Trusts. Mr. Kupper also focuses a large part of his practice on representing school districts in all stages of compulsory attendance proceedings in Boulder and Weld County district courts.
Mr. Kupper is an active member of the Boulder County Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association, and is currently involved in the Business Law, Real Estate, and Trust and Estate Law Sections.
He is dedicated to the Longmont community, and regularly participates with the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce. He is an active Rotarian with the Longmont Twin Peaks Rotary Club.
Before joining Lyons Gaddis Kahn & Hall, P.C., Mr. Kupper worked as an associate at an estate planning/real estate law firm in Castle Rock, where he handled complex real estate foreclosures, collections, and estate planning matters. He also previously acted as an intern in a legal clinic which provided free estate planning and other legal services to the elderly.
