Alexander Laufer joined the firm in 1994. This is a relatively obscure and poorly understood program which, however, represents the only real recourse for those suffering injury from vaccines listed on the Vaccine Injury Table.

Roy J. Baldwin, Esq. was born in Nacogdoches, Texas, and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. Her practice focuses on employment, retirement, business, and contract law. Ms. Berry specializes in federal employee retirement issues before the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and other federal agencies.
