Charles (Chuck) M. Andrews Jr. is an Ohio personal injury attorney who believes every client deserves to be heard—no matter how big or small the case. Whether you’ve been in a major car accident or a minor fender bender, Chuck takes the time to listen, explain your rights, and help you understand what comes next. He handles car accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, wrongful death, dog bites, bicycle and motorcycle accidents, and cases involving defective or dangerous products.

Chuck graduated summa cum laude from Cleveland State University with a degree in Philosophy and earned his law degree magna cum laude from Capital University Law School. During law school, he served as president of the Mindfulness in Law Society, facilitated peer-led support groups, and received the Pro Bono Spirit Award for over 125 hours of service. He was also a staff member and Executive Board Member of the Capital University Law Review, with his note published in Volume 50.

Outside of the office, Chuck is a devoted father to his 12-year-old daughter. He’s also a dedicated powerlifter, writer, and lifelong learner who believes that discipline, integrity, and resilience are key in both life and the courtroom.
