About Charles
Charles Beall is a board certified appellate practice lawyer as designated by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization--one of only three attorneys west of Tallahassee with that designation. He specializes in appellate, business, and insurance litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Beall has represented several Fortune 500 clients in a wide variety of civil litigation, including products liability suits, contract claims, and insurance coverage disputes. He has handled more than 80 appeals and has argued more than 20 cases before state and federal appellate courts.
Mr. Beall was selected by the Pensacola Business Journal as one of 40 up and coming community leaders under the age of 40 in its May, 2004 issue. He was recently nominated to serve as president of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association beginning in July 2004 and is currently a member of the association's executive council. He served as a member of the Escambia County Charter Commission from 2002-2004, and serves on the board of directors of the Rotary Club of Pensacola.
Mr. Beall is a 1991 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law where he was a member of the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review. From 1991 through 1996, he was a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch, where he specialized in government contracts and appellate litigation.
