About Charles
Prior to pursuing his legal career, Attorney Bush attended the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, New Mexico, where he was a Staff Sargent in charge of a platoon of cadets. During that same time period, Mr. Bush was a track and field athlete, where he was the State and National runner-up in both the 100 and 200-meter dash in Roswell, New Mexico.
After attending the Military Academy, Mr. Bush attended Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. Mr. Bush obtained his law degree from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law and two additional law degrees from the University of Houston. While in law school attorney Bush developed a passion for helping injured individuals and their families. While attending law school, Mr. Bush competed in numerous regional and national competitions as a member of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition Team. Attorney Bush currently holds three law degree's specializing in Health and Intellectual Property and Information Law.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Bush worked for several personal injury law firms in Houston, where he would handle over 100 personal injury litigation cases at any given time.
As Mr. Bush pushed himself to gain knowledge and experience in the world of personal injury and civil litigation, he developed a passion for helping personal injury clients in the city of Houston. After leaving a Plaintiff’s firm in 2017, Mr. Bush established the Charles Bush Law Group.
As of today, Mr. Bush handles all aspects of civil litigation. His areas of practice include, but are not limited to Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Labor and Employment Law, Family Law and Civil and Criminal Appeals.
Mr. Bush is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to practice in the United States Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas, along with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Bush also holds a certificate in Advanced Mediation Skills from the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center.
