About Charles

Evan Lohr practices in the areas of estate litigation, serious personal injury, and general civil litigation. He has also assisted hundreds of clients in estate planning, probate administration, and guardianship matters. Prior to forming the firm, he practiced with two other Raleigh firms. Evan has more than five years of experience assisting clients with estate and trust issues, and has tried and argued cases in courthouses from Charlotte to Edenton in litigation related to estates, real property, and personal injury. He is admitted to practice law in all North Carolina state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Evan earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee, where he served as a research assistant on the legal treatise Bogert’s Trusts and Trustees. He is also a past editor of The Administrative Lawyer, a newsletter published by the North Carolina Bar Association.
