I got a little girl $500,000 to help her get back to health after suffering lung damage due to a car accident.
How did you build a successful practice?
Simple. Treat people with respect. Be patient. Return phone calls. Do not condescend to people less educated than you are. Everyone has their own wisdom.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
First, a lawyer they can trust. And also a lawyer they can reach when they need answers and advice. A lawyer with experience. I have been a trial lawyer for 35 years and was a claims adjuster for 10 years before that.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge gives our firm the ability to efficiently advocate for our clients. Most adjusters know me personally and that helps!

I personally provide a free no obligation consultation to every potential client. I answer all questions and address all concerns. I explain how the legal system works and how our fee is never paid unless we win the case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
We need to know how the incident/accident occurred. We find out who the insurance companies are and how that will impact the value of the case.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
Personal service! We never treat a client like a number. We have no answering service or auto attendant when people call. You can always reach a real person 24/7. My experience in accident cases is extensive. I have earned the respect of the insurance companies for aggressive but fair dealing.

What are your other interests in addition to law?
Fishing. Great therapy to focus on that fish and nothing else.
Are you involved in your community?
Yes. I volunteered to provide an off duty police patrol for my neighborhood and fought for this for over 2 years, walking door to door, and getting neighbors to join in.
