Charles P. Vaughn has over twenty years of experience as a criminal defense and family law attorney. Mr. Vaughn handles misdemeanor, felony, and capital felony cases, and he is a death-qualified attorney for capital cases. He also handles wills and all matters of family law, including: adoption, divorce, spousal support, separation, premarital agreements, paternity, child custody, visitation, and child support. Since 1987, Mr. Vaughn has represented and advised individuals throughout Central Florida in Citrus, Sumter, Lake, Hernandez, and Marion County. Mr. Vaughn represents clients at all levels of the Florida state and federal court system.

The charge for an initial consultation is $75, but that amount is rolled into the fee when a client retains Mr. Vaughn.
