Chuck Pauly has been practicing law for more than 31 years. He practiced law in Dallas, Texas for 15 years with large law firms and primarily represented privately owned businesses. His clients now include a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. His clients have been involved in a variety of manufacturing, distribution, retail, and services industries, including real estate development, trucking, aviation, and insurance, as well as feature films and music. Mr. Pauly's experiences in financial matters include privately placed debt securities, venture capital, receivable and mortgage backed lending, restructurings, and workouts. His representation has included sales and acquisitions of companies, corporate mergers, and a broad range of litigation involving lenders, borrowers, builders, oil and gas operators, and corporate shareholders.
