Over the past decade Lynn Seithel has litigated against some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world including American Home Products, Wyeth, and Glaxosmithkline to name a few. Although she primarily concentrates on pharmaceutical litigation, her past experience includes work in tobacco and auto defect litigation as well.
