Chris Cadenhead is a 4th generation Okaloosa County, Florida native. He is a Florida State University graduate and a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law.

Mr. Cadenhead has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1982. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court and the United States District Court of Appeals since 1986. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1979. He is a lessor of the Okaloosa Island Pier in Fort Walton Beach, Florida for 25 years and a lessor of Skyway State Fishing Pier in St. Petersburg, Florida for 10 years.

Mr. Cadenhead began practicing law in Crestview, Florida in 1985, with a staff of three attorneys and a seven member support Staff, In conjunction with law offices, he established and operated a title insurance company for several years. Mr. Cadenhead is active in land development and sales and is familiar with foreclosure proceedings, quiet title and landline actions.

Mr. Cadenhead has made numerous appearances at State cabinet meetings regarding land transactions involving the Department of Environmental Regulations and the Department of Natural Resources.

He has engaged in civil and criminal cases in State and Federal Court and has participated in administrative hearings and oral arguments before the Department of Corrections, EEOC and other state agencies. He has participated in the procurement of bonds for Florida Community Services Corporation and the Choctawhatchee Mid-Bay Bridge Authority in excess of 100 million dollars. Mr. Cadenhead was contracted as legal counsel for the State of Florida for 4 years in the collection of child support resulting in extensive experience in managing a volume of cases - as many as 600 per month, while still maintaining a separate law practice and title company.

Mr. Cadenhead presently maintains an office in Destin and Crestview, Florida.

Mr. Cadenhead has been involved in the following developments: Indian Trail Estates, Indian Woods, Hidden Pines, Eagle's Landing and Windsor Forest.

Mr. Cadenhead is a Board member of the Florida State University Foundation sitting on the Real Estate and Financial committees.
