Christian has extensive experience in insurance fraud litigation, having spent several years in the Office of Attorney General in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He also handled defensive litigation on behalf of state agencies and officials in torts, eminent domain, civil rights and employment claims. He has handled complex fraud, securities, and white-collar criminal litigation for various law firms in New Mexico and Oregon. Christian was appointed by the Governor of New Mexico as the District Public Defender in Aztec, responsible for human resources functions, recruitment, retention, training, professional responsibility, compliance and oversight of attorneys, staff, contract personnel and experts.
