Attorney Christian Phelps has more than 13 years of experience litigating the toughest kinds of criminal cases, in both state and federal court including; Murder, Vehicular Homicide, Assault, Drug and Gang cases, DUI and all other misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, and felony charges.
Chris has dedicated his career to defending those charge with criminal offenses. Before opening his own practice he was the lead felony attorney at John Cooney and Associates. He has had major victories in front of both judges and juries in both state and federal court and the record to back up the reputation as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in Spokane.
Chris is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL) and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). He is licensed to practice law in both Oregon and Washington.
