$450,000- A 24 year old woman was struck by an 18 wheeler on Interstate 12 in St. Tammany Parish. The client suffered an annular tear in her cervical spine, which required her to undergo an anterior cervical fusion and discectomy procedure. $330,174- A 50 year old man was rear ended in St. Tammany Parish. The client herniated a disc in his back, among other injuries, which required him to undergo a lumbar laminectomy and discectomy surgery. The procedure did not resolve the client's symptoms, and the client subsequently underwent pain management. $235,000- A minor was involved in a serious car accident in Tangipahoa Parish. The client fractured an ankle and lost her spleen as a result of the accident. The Shofstahl Law Firm, L.L.C. located four insurance policies that provided insurance coverage for the accident, and the case was settled for the limits of all available insurance. $210,000- A 38 year old man was rear ended in Jefferson Parish. The client herniated discs in his neck and back, and he participated in pain management for his injuries. $205,000- A 38 year old woman was involved in a head on collision with a commercial truck in St. Tammany Parish.
