Christopher R. Higgins has practiced in all twenty-one counties of New Jersey, at the municipal, county, and federal levels. He has experience ranging from simple parking tickets all the way to jury trials and various indictable offenses, as well as previous experience in civil litigation and federal bankruptcy practice.

Mr. Higgins graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011 and was extensively involved in campus, garnering the prestigious Leadership Achievement Award upon graduation. He was a member of the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity and an executive officer in the Student Bar Association, amongst other activities. During his last term, he completed an externship with the Washtenaw County Office of the Public Defender. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University and was raised in Hillsborough, New Jersey, where he still resides.
