Mr. Morgan received his B.S. in 1996 from Rutgers University and his M.B.A., with honors, in 2004 from Rutgers School of Business - Camden. He received his J.D. in 2004 from Rutgers School of Law - Camden, where he won the Hunter Moot Court Competition. During law school he interned for the Honorable Anne E. Thompson, U.S.D.J. and for the New Jersey Attorney General's Office - Criminal Appellate Bureau. Upon graduating law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, P.J.Cv. in Atlantic City, where in addition to a full civil docket, he worked on legal issues for the Vioxx, Accutane and Hormone Replacement Therapy mass torts. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
