Claire Swann is an associate of the Firm.  She practices State, Local and Municipal Law. As a former assistant city attorney for the City of Dallas, Claire brings with her a well-developed expertise in zoning and land use law.  Claire's practice focuses on representing municipalities in matters related to planning, zoning and land use, annexations, easements, constitutional concerns, contract development, economic development, ordinance development, open meetings and public information compliance, sign regulations, and development agreements.  Claire joined the Firm in 2008.
