We were able to assist a lady get her husband qualified for Medicaid in the nursing home while assisting her in buying a new home and keeping all the money they had saved.

We work hard to assist our clients. We try hard to return all calls and answer emails within 24 hours.

Experience and expertise in the area help is needed.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

We practice all around the state and are familiar with the probate courts in virtually every county.

An initial phone conference can identify your situation, what you need and when you can get assistance.

A general description of the issue. Names of those involved. If probate, dates of death and address.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

We do elder law. We do it every day, all day.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Meeting new people and helping them through tough spots.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Watching my son play sports, some wood working and travel.

I am on the local DHR board, on the Flourish board. Flourish assists children and young adults with special needs.
