About Clark
Mr. Robertson is an associate in the Business Department and a member of both the Real Estate and Institutional Finance Group and the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group. Within the Real Estate and Institutional Finance Group, his practice includes representing and advising institutional investors and lenders in a wide variety of high-yield transactions which include B notes, mezzanine loans, senior-subordinate participations and other real estate related transactions. As a member of the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group, Mr. Robertson has represented various national financial institutions in commercial real estate foreclosures, note sales and workouts. Mr. Robertson has also represented individuals with respect to their personal estates.
Mr. Robertson received his B.A. in 1996 from Dickinson College. In 2004, he received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law. He was a Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, which published his article "Corinthians Soccer Loses by Decision In Second Round Play-Off Over Corinthians.com in Sallen v. Corinthians Licenciamentos LTDA," about Uniform Dispute Resolution Procedures and the Anti-Cybersquatting Protection Act. Prior to law school, Mr. Robertson worked as an investment officer and relationship manager at a prominent northeast trust bank. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
