About Clayton
Clay was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida and attended Florida State University where he earned a degree in Political Science. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Clay served the Florida Legislature as a Reading Clerk for the House of Representatives, managed a family business and interned for the U.S. Immigration Court in Miami. After joining the Florida Bar, he gained valuable legal experience in a variety of disciplines, including civil litigation, representing institutional lenders in mortgage foreclosure eases and closing real estate transactions.
Having a unique understanding of the foreclosure process from a lenders prospective, Clay has devoted his practice to helping individuals and families keep their homes and stop the abuse and harassment caused by creditors.
