Yandy Reyes is an American born, first-in-family to graduate college and law school, first-in-family to serve in the U.S. Army as a decorated commissioned officer, and first-in-family to become a licensed attorney. At the university level, Attorney Reyes excelled because of his insatiable curiosity to learn more, to do his best, and to strive for excellence always, without compromise, and no shortcuts. While in John Jay College, CUNY, Attorney Reyes maintained a job, a 3.93 GPA (honors), and earned a Black Belt in Goyu Karate and a Brown Belt in Judo. While in law school, Attorney Reyes earned awards for top marks, inter alias, in “Elder Law” and “Legal Profession,” the former becoming his preferred area of law, and the latter being the code of ethics that governs attorneys. Nicolette is an Associate at Argyropoulos & Associates where she represents accident victims. Nicolette’s personal injury practice encompasses motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, wrongful death, construction accidents, workers’ compensation, product liability, and professional malpractice. Her experience prior to joining the Argyropoulos & Associates includes working for various prominent national litigation firms, where she honed her litigation skills and gained knowledge of the inner workings of defense firms, municipalities, private and public companies, and various large insurance companies. She now utilizes that perspective and experience, as well as her terrific work ethic and thoroughness, to give her clients an advantage in obtaining the favorable results on the plaintiffs’ side. Nicolette also represents property owners, lessees, and financial institutions in real estate transactions.

In 1989 Mr. Dervishi obtained his law degree from Tirana University School of Law. Mr. Dervishi worked as a special agent of the General Investigations Office with his office in Tirana. In 1994 he was elected as the Deputy Attorney General by the Albanian Parliament. He served as the Deputy Attorney General of Albania from 1994 to 1998. In 1998 he immigrated to United States. His family arrived in the U.S. within a few months. Upon his arrival in Washington D.C., he met with members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives since his trip was sponsored by the U.S. government. Beginning in 2003, he began to attend Pace University School of Law and graduated with a Master of Law degree in May, 2004. He is now admitted to the New York State Bar and practices law in all courts in our state.

Keith Gilman grew up in Queens County, New York. He attended Hunter College High School in Manhattan, where he lettered in baseball and bowling. Mr. Gilman graduated with honors from the University of Miami, and completed a year of undergraduate study at Oxford University in England. While in law school at St. John's University, Keith was a published author and editor for the St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary, and worked in the Litigation Bureau at the New York State Attorney General's Office. Mr. Gilman has specialized in the field of plaintiff's personal injury law over the past three decades and has recovered millions of dollars for clients during that span including substantial verdicts that have been published in the Jury Verdict Reporter. Because he is bilingual, Mr. Gilman is able to provide direct, face to face counsel to our Spanish speaking clientele. Mr. Gilman is an active member of the Queens County Bar Association and has served as an Arbitrator and Mediator in resolving attorney-client conflicts. He is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. In his spare time, Mr. Gilman volunteers as President of the Board of Managers at his Homeowners Association. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and two children.
