Stephen McGuire is a 2012 graduate of Ave Maria School of Law. Prior to law school, he graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2005, with a degree in political science, and earned an MBA with high honors from Duquesne University in 2007. He is also a ten-year veteran of the United States Army. Stephen's practice is primarily focused on business and real estate law, appellate practice, and general civil litigation. He provides escrow and closing services for a high percentage of the brokered business transactions in Lee County, Florida, and serves as registered agent for hundreds of Florida corporations and limited liability companies. Additionally, he provides general counsel services to numerous local businesses and franchises. Attorney McGuire is admitted to practice in Florida, West Virginia, the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Craig R. Woodward practices law in Woodward, Pires & Lombardo’s Marco Island location. He joined his father, Arthur V. Woodward, Esq., in 1980. With decades of knowledge of the history and development of the local area, Craig brings a wealth of experience and insight to his clients in solving their legal matters. He handles real estate law, zoning issues, estate planning, probate, business law, and local government law. He represents hotels, restaurants, time-share projects, contractors, marinas, land developers, homeowner associations, real estate companies, banks, and private individuals. Craig held Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar from 1993 – 2023, having been the first Collier County attorney to receive this certification. Attorney Anthony J. Dimora is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. managing the firm’s Marco Island location. He provides legal services in both Marco Island and Naples, Florida, focusing his law practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, guardianship, probate and trust administration, litigation, business law, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. Lenore Brakefield is a Naples native and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She focuses her law practice on civil and commercial litigation, including construction litigation. Lenore also handles local government law, code enforcement violations, community association law, real estate law, and contract and transactional matters. Lenore serves as board counsel to the City of Everglades City Code Enforcement Board and represents the firm’s various municipal and special district clients. Additionally, Lenore is a Certified Financial Litigator (CFL™) by the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators.

Anthony (“Tony”) P. Pires, Jr. is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in the Naples office. He provides legal services to clients throughout Collier and Lee Counties in Local Government Law, Municipal Law, Land Use and Zoning Law, Land Use Applications, Rezonings, Bond Validation, and Administrative Law. Mark J. Woodward is the Managing Partner of Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. in Naples and Marco Island, Florida. He is one of Collier County’s only dual Board Certified attorneys in Real Estate Law, as well as in Condominium and Planned Development Law by The Florida Bar. Mark has over 40 years of experience practicing law in the State of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law. Mark assists clients with his extensive experience in all aspects of Florida Condominium Development Law and has worked on hundreds of HOA’s and condominium projects (residential, commercial, and mixed) throughout Collier and Lee Counties and in the panhandle of Florida.
