Richard B. Rose, born and raised in New York City, attended the University of Denver for both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctor degree. In undergraduate school, Mr. Rose was admitted to Pi Gamma Mu, the social sciences honor society. He was licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado in 1978, and subsequently, served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Fullerton, a judge of the Denver District Court.
