Alex Kerr is the owner of Bradford Pelton, P.C., a journey that began when he first clerked at the firm. After graduating law school and working as an associate attorney, Alex took over ownership in January 2021. Since joining the firm in 2011, David has specialized in handling many of the firm’s business litigation matters including those dealing with complex contracts, non-competes, trade secrets, and construction defects. Additionally, with his strong appellate background, David has been the primary attorney on most of the firm’s appellate cases, including some of the largest non-compete cases in Colorado history. With an extremely thorough, analytical, and strategic approach and the determination to go the extra mile for each of his clients, David has established a reputation as skilled litigator and advocate. Originally from Michigan, David has been a lifelong fan and supporter of the University of Michigan. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2005 and went on to study law at Michigan State University. While attending law school, David was selected to the nationally renowned Appellate Moot Court Program where he enjoyed great success. David and his teammates won the 2008 John Marshall International Moot Court Competition in Information Technology and Privacy Law and took second place in the 2008 New York Law School Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Competition. After graduating from law school, David moved to Colorado and began an internship clerking for the Honorable Gerald Rafferty and Honorable Valeria Spencer of the Arapahoe County District Court until he joined the firm. Outside of law, David is passionate about traveling around the world and particularly loves cruising with his wife and kids. He also loves being involved in all of his son’s and daughter’s activities including soccer, dance, baseball, scouting and camping.

Joseph Welsh is a dedicated member of Singleton Schreiber’s Environmental Litigation practice group, where he advocates for communities impacted by environmental harm. He is committed to seeking justice for those affected by toxic torts, environmental contamination, and pollution. With a background in environmental law, Joe has a passion for protecting the environment and has gained extensive experience in complex litigation, representing public water systems and community organizations in cases involving PFAS, fire-related toxins, and air and water pollution. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Joe worked as an Environmental Justice Staff Attorney at Lone Star Legal Aid, where he played a pivotal role in challenging petrochemical environmental permit applications in environmental justice communities. His experience includes petitioning the EPA to object to an oil refinery’s Title V permit and drafting a notice of intent to sue the EPA for unreasonable delay under Clean Air Act citizen suit provisions on behalf of environmental justice community organizations. Earlier in his career, Joe served as a Deputy District Attorney with Colorado's Fourth Judicial District, handling over 1,000 cases and prosecuting thirty misdemeanor trials focused on child abuse, domestic violence, assault, DUI charges, and careless driving resulting in death. Joe earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he concentrated on environmental and energy law and served as President of the Environmental Law Society. Joe recently earned an LL.M. in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston Law Center. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing ice hockey, running, and reading. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas.

Noelle Webster serves as an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber, supporting the Fire Litigation and Personal Injury practice groups based in the Denver office. With a solid foundation in personal injury, mass tort, and medical malpractice litigation, Ms. Webster brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. Ms. Webster's legal career began while she was still a law student at the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time there, she clerked for a prominent plaintiffs' firm, in San Diego, where she immersed herself in the complexities of medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Upon passing the California Bar in 2021, Ms. Webster joined the same leading firm she clerked at as an Associate Attorney, where she further honed her skills in litigating complex personal injury actions. Her experience includes drafting and managing critical legal documents, preparing for mediation and trial, and conducting expert depositions to secure favorable outcomes for her clients. Ms. Webster is admitted to practice in California and is an active member of the legal community, participating in organizations such as the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Lawyer's Club of San Diego. A native of Portland, Oregon, Ms. Webster now resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, son, and two dogs. Robert Saunooke is a citizen of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and has been practicing law for over 35 years. Over his career, Robert’s practice has focused on representing Native American tribes, their members and litigating Native American issues. He has served as legislative counsel for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians; Policy Advisor for the Chairman of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and outside counsel to tribes across the Country.
