Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I represented an alleged father in a paternity matter with a 99.9% blood reading. In a one week Jury Trial prevailed that he was not the father and it was affirmed on appeal.

How did you build a successful practice?

Not too important.

Information can be provided in a phone consultation, but I spend 15 to 30 minutes in the initial consultation to find out the nature of the case, would we be a good fit and can the client afford to become involved in family law litigation.
