About Conrad
Conrad has been with the firm since 1989 and co-founded the firm's Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Group. Since that time he has been responsible for numerous declaratory judgments entered on behalf of carriers involving complex and emerging coverage issues in both state and federal courts. Conrad's representation goes beyond litigation and involves coverage opinions, analysis, claims strategy and resolution procedures provided to insurers issuing property casualty, commercial, homeowners, auto, D&O, professional liability, surplus, specialty and excess policies. Conrad has also handled for insurance companies many excess verdicts and statutory bad faith claims arising out of the carrier's coverage decisions and/or handling of the underlying first party or third party matter. Conrad has lectured on claim handling, insurance litigation, bad faith, and insurance coverage law and has authored several articles appearing in The Pennsylvania Law Weekly and in the firm's publication, the Defense Digest.
