Mr. Anish Parikh started Parikh Law Group, LLC in January of 2010. After spending six months practicing as an associate attorney at a small law firm in Chicago, Anish decided it was time to pursue his goal of operating a law firm based on his dedication to clients and founded on his experience and vision. Ronak joined Parikh Law Group as an attorney in 2015. Since joining, Ronak has closed over four thousand real estate and business transactions and serves as the lead real estate attorney for the firm. Prior to joining PLG, Ronak attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where he obtained a B.A. in Economics. He went on to attend law school at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated in 2013. Soon after graduating Ronak worked in-house at a mid-sized company in Schaumburg, advising on various corporate and contractual matters. As a real estate attorney, Ronak specializes his practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions. In the residential realm, he represents buyers and sellers of primary residences, investments, new construction, FSBO, and foreclosed properties. On the commercial side, Ronak represents buyers and sellers of hotels, motels, gas stations, office centers, shopping centers, vacant land parcels, restaurants, and more. Stephen Donnelly has been an attorney at PLG since 2011. He specializes in commercial litigation and has extensive experience as lead counsel in bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations. He has successfully conducted contested evidentiary hearings and dispositive motions, representing clients in AAA, Illinois state courts, the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of Illinois, as well as through the appellate process. Beyond litigation, Stephen advises on business strategy, contract negotiations, and development at all stages. Clients value his personalized approach, transparency, and clear communication, which aid in making informed decisions. His expertise has consistently benefited both individual and corporate clients. Stephen holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2011) and a B.A. from Western Michigan University (2008). He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Southern District of Illinois federal courts.

Kapil joined Parikh Law Group, LLC as an attorney in November 2017. Since joining Parikh Law Group, Kapil has handled a wide range of matters including real estate law (residential and commercial), transactional work and various litigation matters. Since 2020, Kapil has mainly practiced real estate law and transactional work. Kapil has represented numerous buyers and sellers on both residential and commercial real estate transactions. The experience, knowledge and skills he has attained over the years has translated into Kapil being able to provide our clients with thorough legal advice and guidance on their individual matters. Kapil’s goal is not only to ensure that each transaction closes in alignment with representing the best interests of our clients, but also to ensure that the client has a pleasant experience. Prior to joining PLG, Kapil worked at a high-volume personal injury law firm in Chicago where he gained extensive experience in litigation representing Plaintiffs i personal injury cases. Kapil graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2011 from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Stephanie Dy joined PLG in 2022 as an immigration attorney. She was admitted to the New York State bar in 2006, and handles employment-based and family-sponsored immigration cases. Prior to joining PLG, Stephanie was part of a small immigration firm in downtown Chicago, owned and operated her own independent law practice, and served as in-house immigration counsel to a professional healthcare provider operating across US. In the latter role as in-house counsel, she collaborated with other lawyers across the country in civil, contract, labor, regulatory, litigation and tax matters. In her earlier career, Stephanie was a litigator in a leading law firm in the Philippines, and a lecturer in business and tax laws at a prominent women’s college in Manila. Throughout her career, Stephanie has focused on obtaining the best outcomes for her clients, and brings this same dedication combined with years of experience to our firm. She is the consultant for immigration matters for a community center located in the heart of Chicago’s Chinatown, where she assists clients from different walks of life with their immigration matters. Stephanie received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of the Philippines, and an LLM from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She is a native speaker of Chinese Hokkien and Tagalog, with working fluency in Chinese Mandarin and Cebuano. In her free time, Stephanie dabbles in music, etegami painting, photography, and a passion for art and architecture.

Alan H. Bender is the co-owner of Goldstein Bender & Romanoff. As the senior and managing partner of the litigation department, Alan works tirelessly to ensure his clients receive the compensation they deserve. Alan was born in Chicago but moved to Brooklyn, New York, when he was 11 years old. He graduated Brooklyn College, which is part of the City University of New York, with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and went on to graduate Law School from the University of Illinois, School of Law.

Her return to work, nearly 10 years ago, was intense. The timing of her return to work collided with an opportunity for the Hoerman family to start a personal injury law firm. Overnight, they had 30 employees depending upon the new law firm’s success. Jessica took on the role of marketing manager and immediately focused on client outreach – knowing full well that their law firm would fail if they couldn’t find clients to serve. Out of this hands-on work building a successful law firm, TruLaw was born. TruLaw developed a platform that gives injured individuals and their families immediate answers as to whether the law firm can assist them in personal injury and product liability cases. TruLaw has been very successful, but Jessica now recognizes a digital transformation taking place leaving in its wake a new kind of legal client – one that expects immediate and valuable information without reading through website information.
