Kapil Patel | Chicago Real Estate Lawyer

Kapil joined Parikh Law Group, LLC as an attorney in November 2017. Since joining Parikh Law Group, Kapil has handled a wide range of matters including real estate law (residential and commercial), transactional work and various litigation matters. Since 2020, Kapil has mainly practiced real estate law and transactional work. Kapil has represented numerous buyers and sellers on both residential and commercial real estate transactions. The experience, knowledge and skills he has attained over the years has translated into Kapil being able to provide our clients with thorough legal advice and guidance on their individual matters. Kapil’s goal is not only to ensure that each transaction closes in alignment with representing the best interests of our clients, but also to ensure that the client has a pleasant experience.

Prior to joining PLG, Kapil worked at a high-volume personal injury law firm in Chicago where he gained extensive experience in litigation representing Plaintiffs i personal injury cases. Kapil also previously worked in-house at a large telecommunications company where he was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating an extensive array of contracts and leases. Kapil graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2011 from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

Kapil currently resides in Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park). Kapil enjoys traveling, running along the lake, and you are likely to catch him at a Cubs game.
