About Corey
The focus of Mr. Jenkins' practice is tax law, especially with how it interacts with business and corporate law. He has assisted both individual and corporate clients in structuring transactions to ensure the most beneficial tax treatment under current law. He has experience forming, dissolving, and advising general partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, S corporations, and limited liability partnerships.
