(June 15, 2018) Our client was facing a Class X felony charge for possession of controlled substances, and if convicted, he would have faced six to 30 years in prison without the chance of probation. Attorney Cosmo Tedone successfully argued that the drugs found in the vehicle Mr. Gant was driving belonged to someone else, and he was found not guilty.
