About Craig
From the first day I entered a courtroom as an attorney, my practice has been representing clients in trial. In the past 18 years of practice, I have been committed to winning. In my experience, if a case is worth filing, that case is important to my client. In most cases, something really bad has happened or a person's freedom is at stake. In these situations, there is no substitute for a well-organized, prepared and skillful lawyer.
Most of my practice involves representing clients who have been injured due to someone else's carelessness. Whether it is some driver not paying attention or some home owner who owns a dangerous animal it is only fair and right that the person who has been hurt receives compensation.
As a firm believer in the United States Constitution, I am committed to the concept that anyone charged with a crime is entitled to be presumed innocent and proven guilty only when the state can convince a jury that the person charged guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Part of holding the government responsible is a stiff defense to the charges the government files against people. In my practice, I put the government to their proof and defend my clients against that proof.
My belief in the Constitution embraces the Bill of Rights. In addition to protecting the rights of accused people, I also work to protect and restore the right of the people to keep and bear arms. If you have been convicted of a crime disqualifies you from owning a firearm, give me a call and I'll see what we can do to restore this important right.
My family and I also have a long-standing commitment to the well being of Clark County Washington. My family settled in the Camas, Washington area on Larch Mountain in 1889. I am proud to continue to serve the citizens of Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania Counties
