I have helped hundreds of homeowners, and a couple of family farmers save their homes/farms from foreclosure.
How did you build a successful practice?
I have been in practice for 30 years. I have an excellent reputation. I am very responsive to my clients' questions, needs.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Experience, first and foremost. Also, reputation in the legal community. Knowledge, not only of the law, but of the local courts, judges, procedures, etc. Affordability.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Extremely important. I am very well known to the local judges and their staff, and have an excellent reputation with court staff.

I can provide almost everything a consumer needs to know to make the decision of whether a bankruptcy filing would be beneficial and appropriate.
