About Craig
Craig received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. His Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice was completed in 1980 with a grade point average of 4.0 in his major. After attending Arizona State University, Craig attended the University of Arizona School of Law (currently ranked in the top twenty law schools in America). He graduated from the School of Law in 1983. During law school and after, he taught law classes at junior colleges and also in the Arizona State Prison system. Craig practiced law in Tucson, Arizona for five years. During those five years, Craig represented hundreds of people and various businesses. He spent a significant amount of his practice working in the Juvenile Court in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to moving to St. Louis, Craig became a part-time City Court Magistrate in Tucson.
In addition to the above, Craig earned his black belt in Judo in 1983. He opened the Stone Avenue Martial Arts Center that was in operation for five years. Many of his juvenile court clients participated on his judo team. He is the former Arizona State Judo Champion and fought competitively throughout the Southwest for more than 10 years.
In 1989 Craig moved back to St. Louis, Missouri where he was raised. Now married with two children, he practices criminal law primarily in St. Louis. Craig practices in Federal, State and Municipal Court and has appeared in approximately forty counties across the state of Missouri. With more than twenty five years of trial experience in two states, he handles all types of criminal matters from stealing to murder. His reputation in St. Louis with clients, lawyers and judges is outstanding. In the year 2000 he was a final candidate in St. Louis County for a prestigious Juvenile Court (Judge) Commissioner position.
Craig continues to coach basketball and soccer for children's teams in the St. Louis area. He formerly coached the largest children's judo team in the state of Missouri, the Kirkwood Judo Club.
