For more than 30 years, Curt N. Rodin's casework on behalf of victims of construction injury, product defects and medical malpractice have set legal precedents and won record-setting verdicts for his clients. He was president of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Society of Trial Lawyers---the only Illinois lawyer ever honored to have served as president of both prestigious organizations. He served on the Committee on Civil Jury Instructions of the Illinois Supreme Court, and was the Committee's chairman for three years. He has served on many committees of the Illinois State Bar Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and published numerous articles and text chapters in legal periodicals.
Nationally known for his teaching skills, Curt is an adjunct professor at Loyola University School of Law, a noted teacher of trial techniques and a sought-after lecturer before many bar association groups. He devotes much of his time to mentoring younger associates at the firm and takes special pride that his son, an assistant Illinois Attorney General, followed him into the legal profession.
