About Curtis
Curtis is a native of Pike County, Kentucky. Boyd County is his adopted home. Curtis is a graduate of Pikeville College (now University of Pikeville) where he pursued a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He then went to work for a mental health agency. In 2008, Curtis continued his legal pursuits and obtained his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Virginia.
