About Cynthia
Until joining Reminger & Reminger Co., LPA in 2006, Cynthia A. Lammert served for fourteen years as vice president and general counsel for Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer Co. and its mortgage affiliate, Howard Hanna Mortgage Services. She handled all legal functions for the corporation, including transactional, corporate, risk management, and employment. Cynthia's practice concentrates on general real estate and real estate brokerage compliance. She represents residential and commercial real estate brokerages and licensees, individual buyers and sellers, mortgage lenders, and title and escrow companies. She has addressed legal issues relating to residential, commercial, vacant land, and condominium transactions. In addition to arbitrating extensively at local real estate trade associations, she has defended clients in administrative actions, including Ohio Division of Real Estate and Ohio Civil Rights Commission investigations and hearings. Cynthia lectures frequently on real estate topics for attorneys and real estate brokers and licensees. She is an Ohio Division of Real Estate approved instructor for core law and civil rights continuing education classes.
