Biographical Data: born Hereford, Texas, May 27, 1957; admitted to bar, 1981; Education: McMurry College, B.A., 1978 and Texas Tech, J.D. 1981, Order of the Coif, Phi Kappa Phi, Associate Editor, Texas Tech Law Review, 1980-1981; admitted to practice in Texas, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; Member of the Wichita County Bar Association (President, 1990-1991; Director, 1985, 1988, 1995-1997) and American Bar Association; President of the Wichita County Young Lawyers Association in 1986; Representative, Texas Young Lawyers Association in 1993.
