Latoya Chambers is a Senior Counsel and member of the mass torts and personal injury practice with a focus on dangerous products, medications, and medical devices such as Avandia, IVC filters, Benicar, gliflozins, Actos, Xarelto, Zantac, Pradaxa, talcum powder, infant formula, chemical hair relaxers, and surgical staplers. Latoya established her career working at a nationally recognized mass tort firm for 16 years, first as a law clerk and then as a licensed attorney. She is well versed in managing her client’s cases with integrity and compassion from the moment a client initiates a case, through the course of litigation and settlement process, until the case’s conclusion. A champion for justice and equity, Ms. Chambers is unwavering in her commitment to approaching the practice of law with these people in mind. Latoya has received multiple recognitions from the National Trial Lawyers organization and is known for her expertise in civil plaintiff law. Ms. Chambers earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, cum laude, in 2003 from the University of Texas at Dallas. She earned her juris doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas, in 2010. She resides in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with her family and enjoys spending time with them, trying different cuisines, engaging in art, traveling, baking, watching movies, and gardening.

Scott Robelen is a Board-Certified personal injury trial attorney. Scott is a veteran litigator who has tried more than 300 cases to jury verdict over his legal career. Opposing counsel knows and respects that he will take meritorious cases to trial with extreme preparation and skill. Scott has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation, industrial accident litigation, and catastrophic injury litigation. His verdicts have impacted the policies of police departments, correctional facilities, human resource departments, emergency rooms, universities, insurance, and corporations. Scott Robelen was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1989 and is licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas. In 1986, he received his BBA with emphasis in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma. In 1989, Mr. Robelen earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the honorary legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi.
