Elliott provides strategic advice and planning regarding trust and estate-related disputes. He is skilled in helping clients resolve family-related disputes arising after the death of a family member and has guided many clients through the litigation process. Michael E. (Mike) Robinson is an experienced litigation attorney concentrating in commercial and residential real estate, legal malpractice and client representation before professional boards. Mr. Robinson graduated from Southern Methodist University’s School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to practice law in Texas the same year. He immediately began practicing with Chancellor and Wood, local Dallas real estate specialist, where he worked until 1979. That year, he established his own firm, Robinson & Smith, then went on to form The ROBINSON Law Firm in 1987. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Robinson has more than 13 years of experience in the title business and has been in practice over 37 years. Mr. Robinson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in residential and commercial Real Estate, one of a small percentage of attorney’s within the bar association certified in the both areas. He and his wife Suzanne, live with their family in Richardson, Texas.

Andrew Howard is a practicing attorney in the state of Texas specializing in Accident & Injury, Divorce & Family Law, and Criminal Defense. Mr. Howard received his J.D. from the Regent University School of Law in 1995.

John R. Vermillion works as an estate planning and probate attorney and is licensed to practice in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. A native Texan, he graduated from Texas Christian University in 1974 receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. In 1977, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the Louisiana State University Law School. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Vermillion worked extensively as a corporate attorney in the fields of oil and gas exploration and production, real estate development, finance and estate planning. He served for many years as corporate counsel and Vice President of a private independent oil and gas company. Mr. Vermillion is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

For over 20 years Myron E. Mims Esq. has provided legal and consulting services to small and medium sized businesses. At the turn of the century Mims co-founded a boutique law firm (Nixon Mims, LLP) that developed a niche advising and representing a diverse clientele of small businesses. Nixon Mims also operated a American Title office in downtown Dallas that serviced its real estate clients. Mims served as general counsel and oversaw compliance for many of the firm’s clients operating under state and federal regulatory oversight. Today, Mims’ practice remains focused on providing value-add legal services to businesses and real estate entrepreneurs, with an acute focus on advising growth-stage companies seeking to institute a sound governance foundation; develop viable growth, capitalization, and succession (exit) plans; and access equity capital and alternative financing markets. Mims honed his leadership skills thru civic service, including as mayor-appointed chairman of two downtown Dallas’ Tax Increment Financing District (TIF) boards, and chairman of the City’s first local government corporation. Mims also served as board and executive board member of the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce where he worked with neighborhood business owners and pioneering real estate developers to improve the economic conditions of this large and diverse urban neighborhood abutting downtown Dallas. Mims current leadership initiatives include helping emerging domestic market companies (EDMCs) access capital markets.
