How did you build a successful practice?Constant client contact and interaction. Client attention and hands on lawyering. We never settled short and have a reputation because of it!
What should clients look for in a lawyer?An attorney that makes you feel welcome and important regardless of the size of your case. Every client should be treated with equal attention as needed. An attorney should be super aggressive with the adversary yet courteous, calm and collected with the client. Most importantly, never pressuring towards a client to take a settlement. Attorneys should always be available to answer a clients questions.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Having been practiced in New Jersey for over 20 years, we are experts in determining and assessing local decisions including Jurisdictional related issues.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?A lot! We can evaluate many aspects during that phone call. We can make preliminary assessments pertaining to the viability of a case during an initial consult and whether or not we are willing to move forward in scheduling a meeting to ultimately present a retainer to the client and take the case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?Basic background of the case. How, where and what caused the accident to happen and a basic description of the injuries.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We are not afraid to go to trial. We are not going to settle a because we do not want to do the work. We are not afraid to take all steps necessary to obtain the best results for a client, regardless of the time and effort necessary to facilitate the result. We are also not afraid to spend money on a clients case to obtain the experts needed to properly assert the claim.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The positive energy, vibe and sentiments conveyed to us from a client when they feel the satisfaction of a good result and outcome in their case. This is a turn on in the practice that never gets old or dulls over time.
What are your other interests in addition to law?Family, Sports, the Beach, warm weather, amazing food.
Are you involved in your community?Yes. We are involved in several local Totowa and Passaic County organizations.
