About Daniel

I often look at my clients who have been injured through no fault of their own and think, “That could be my daughter.”  As an injury lawyer I work to hold people responsible for the harm they cause, to obtain compensation for the injured, and to make everyone in our community safer.

Now more than ever, it is hard for someone who has been injured to get justice without help.  I see the law as a way to try to create fairness.  That’s what drives me in the often hostile environment of injury claims, litigation and dispute resolution - the idea that at the end I can help my clients achieve a sense of justice through the work I do.
