About Dana
Dana B. Lee joined the firm in September of 2004 as a member of the litigation practice group. He has experience as trial counsel in a broad range of civil and appellate matters involving personal injury claims, labor and employment issues and disputes, individual civil rights violations, and insurance coverage issues. Attorney Lee's practice extends to the State and Federal Courts as well as to state and federal administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and the Social Security Administration. His clients are diverse, and have included a successful professional who was wrongfully terminated and awarded a significant punitive damage award from a federal jury, several Connecticut companies who have defended against claimed violations of Title VII, the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, and the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act, a Connecticut Judge who fended off a grievance, and a group of over 100 municipal retirees who were threatened with an attack on their vested retirement benefits.
As a member of the New Haven Chapter of the Inn of Court, he is devoted to improving the skills, professionalism, and ethics of the bench and bar.
