About Daniel
Dan strongly believes that part of his job is to develop a personal connection to his clients.
From the first phone call with an injured client, Dan lets them know that he will represent them aggressively so they can start to put their lives back together.
As manager of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice, Dan personally evaluates all new workplace injury cases. He guides each case through the unique administrative proceedings including, pleadings, discovery and hearings required by the workers’ compensation system. His many years of battling insurance companies who deny claims or refuse to pay an injured worker’s medical bills, make him an effective advocate for his clients.
In addition to his workers’ comp practice, Dan has nearly 30 years of experience handling a wide range of personal injury actions. Whether a case involves a car accident, slip-and-fall, workplace injury or professional negligence, Dan works tirelessly to make sure his clients and their families are properly protected.
Dan has developed a large client base due to his outgoing personality, his ability to get great results for clients, and the level of personal attention he gives to every one of his cases.
Outside the office, Dan is an avid golfer, a die-hard Eagles fan and lover of the rest of the Philadelphia sport teams. Attending local sporting events with his friends and families is a favorite activity. Dan resides in Montgomery County with his beautiful wife and is the father of three very accomplished children.
