For 23 years my law practice has been limited to the practice of bankruptcy law. Because I work on these issues every single day, I can assure my clients that I appreciate the subtleties of the law in these areas and that I am on top of changes in the law that may affect them. I have represented some of the leading businesses and banks in Florida. My biggest source of clients is from other attorneys who recognize that I can handle the very tough bankruptcy cases. Creditors have alternatives for responding to a bankruptcy. Unfortunately, they sometimes give up upon learning a bankruptcy has been filed. A brief investigation of the case is all that is needed to find options for preserving a creditor's rights and interests. There are many grounds for having the debtor's discharge of a debt owed to you denied. As an experienced bankruptcy attorney, I can assess your rights and work with you to determine the appropriate course of action to take under the circumstances.
