About Daniel
Mr. O'Brien is the founder and Chair of the firm's Plaintiff's Personal Injury Practice Group. Mr. O'Brien is a partner at White and Williams LLP and has been with the firm for over 25 years. He serves as the President of the Whitpain Recreation Association, which is a volunteer origination running the sports of baseball, softball, soccer, basketball and field hockey for the children of Whitpain Township, Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the St. Helena Parish CYO Board in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Brien also serves as the Athletic Director at the St. Helena School, where both his children attend. Mr. O'Brien also serves on the Legal Committee of USA Triathlon, the national governing body for the sports of Triathlon and Duathlon, which is responsible for sending athletes to the Olympic games to compete in the sport of Triathlon. Mr. O'Brien is an active triathlete and cyclist and frequently represents individuals who have been injured in racing and training accidents due to negligence or product failures.
Mr. O'Brien also plays guitar, mandolin and banjo in a country band he formed a few years ago with several of his high school friends.

At Law School, he served as an editor of the Villanova Law Review. He is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. O'Brien has also been admitted to handle cases in several other states throughout the United States.
