About Daniel
I Graduated from Duke University Magna Cum Laude with a degree in English and Linguistics. I attended Washington University School of Law, graduating in 1980 near the top of my class and having won the regional moot court competition that went on to the nationals hosted by Tulane Unversity.
Subsequent to the creation of my law firm, I participated in post graduate studies at both Yale University Divinity School and Chicago University. I have been a North Carolina Supreme Court certified arbitrator for over twenty years and certified by the North Carolina Alternative Dispute Resolution Commision as a certifed meditor for purposes of mediating cases in civil litigation or before the clerks of court in administrative matters.
