Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Recent trial of a construction defect case that resulted in a favorable verdict.
How did you build a successful practice?
When a case is accepted the senior partner handles the case from inception to completion. The client knows that the attorney hired will be involved in the case and address their needs. The practice was built on honesty, integrity and hard work. Most cases and clients are obtained based on word of mouth following success on other cases.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
An attorney who is candid regarding the likely results of the case or assignment. One that is honest, responsive and accountable.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is somewhat important but does not take the place of preparation and hard work.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
Basic assessment of the case based on the limited facts known.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Type of legal problem, the names of the parties for a conflict check and what is the client's goal in retaining an attorney.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I have 25 years of experience of actually trying cases while also maintaining a diverse practice to stay in tune with legal trends and developments.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Knowing that I did all that I could to assist someone in need of legal services and achieving fair and equitable results for the client.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Golf, running, traveling and gourmet food and wine.
Are you involved in your community?
Yes. Youth Sports and charity functions.
