About Daniel

Daniel S. Singer’s practice has primarily focused on prosecuting catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Over the past several years, he has assisted many families in obtaining significant compensation after their loved ones suffered serious injuries as a result of car wrecks, dangerous walking surfaces, trucking collisions, or medical malpractice.

Dan is an active member of the Washington, D.C. legal community. In 2015, he was elected to the D.C. Bar’s Tort Law Section Steering Committee, and he currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Trial Lawyers Association of Washington, D.C. (TLA-DC). Dan is also a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ).

In addition to his bar association activities, Dan regularly volunteers as a Mentor-Attorney at the DC Bar’s Pro Bono Advice & Referral Clinic. In recognition of his involvement with the D.C. legal community, Dan was accepted into the D.C. Bar’s John Payton Leadership Academy in 2016. See Dan’s work with the D.C.
