About Danielle
Danielle Tarmu is an of counsel contract attorney with Maier Gutierrez & Associates, responsible for special projects. Danielle’s practice focuses on high-value, complex personal injury litigation, specifically pertaining to strategy, analysis, and legal writing. Throughout her legal career, Danielle has worked as a law firm owner, as well as both in-house and outside counsel. Her varied experience brings a unique skillset and knowledge to the firm’s clients.
Before joining Maier Gutierrez & Associates, she launched her own firm to leverage years of personal injury legal experience in the areas of legal consulting and writing services. Prior to that, Danielle was a partner at Mainor Wirth Injury Lawyers and of-counsel at Brock Ohlson Injury Lawyers, focusing her efforts on personal injury cases and exposing bad faith and unfair insurance claims practices.
With her previous experience of managing large caseloads and teams, Danielle now remains focused on her clients. She appreciates that Maier Gutierrez & Associates allows their attorneys to dig deeper and properly represent clients for the best possible results. “I came to MGA Law because of the firm’s aggressive pursuit of client interests and attention to client care,” she says.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Danielle has authored multiple legal publications and hopes to write legal fiction one day. She loves traveling, with Bali and a tour of Italy on her bucket list.
